October 7, 2025 – The Crossing Healthcare Board of Directors have announce the appointment of Julie M. Brilley, MPH, as Interim Chief Executive Officer of Crossing Healthcare. Brilley succeeds Tanya Andricks, RN, BSN, MHA, who has accepted the position of CEO and President at Decatur Memorial Hospital.
During her 12-year tenure, Andricks guided Crossing Healthcare through remarkable growth – expanding services, introducing innovative programs to meet community needs, and strengthening the organization’s role as a trusted partner in improving health across Macon County.
Brilley is a proven healthcare executive with extensive experience leading organizations through operational advancement, strategic growth, and organizational transformation. Most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Crossing Healthcare, she directed enterprise-wide operations, strengthened service lines, and expanded patient access across the organization’s 17-acre campus. Her ability to align strategy with execution, foster partnerships, and advance care delivery uniquely positions her to guide Crossing during this transition.
“The Board has full confidence in Julie’s ability to lead Crossing Healthcare forward,” said Ingram. “Her vision, operational expertise, and commitment to innovation will ensure that we continue to advance our mission of providing comprehensive, compassionate care to the patients and families we serve.”
“I am honored to serve as Interim CEO,” said Brilley. “Crossing Healthcare has a critical role in advancing the health of our community, and I look forward to working alongside our Board, the outstanding team here at Crossing, and our partners to ensure that patients continue to receive the high-quality, compassionate care they deserve.”
