November 4, 2025 – The Decatur Park District is bringing back Trees on the Tees, A Festival of Trees with a Twist, presented by The Heart of Illinois Community Foundation. This outdoor holiday experience will take place at Hickory Point Golf Course on December 3–7 and December 10–14.
Hop aboard a golf cart after dark and enjoy a magical drive through an enchanting path of beautifully decorated holiday trees. Afterward, cozy up by the fire pit to roast s’mores, sip hot cocoa, and enjoy live performances by the Decatur Park District Dancers. Guests can also experience our Virtual Reality Machine, purchase mini donuts, and visit Santa for an added touch of fun!
Walking & Riding Details
· Walking Nights: December 4, 7, & 13 – 5:00 p.m. – $6 per person (First 30 minutes of these nights reserved for walkers only)
· Riding (Golf Cart) Nights: 5:00 – 8:30 p.m. – $9 per person

Each VIP experience includes, personal driver, drinks, music and fresh hot mini donuts.
Price: $275 per cart Available at the top of each hour. Reservations are required and open November 5 at 10 a.m.
