February 25, 2026 -The Illinois Department of Agriculture has announced the return of the Illinois Product Expo on Saturday, March 7, and Sunday, March 8, with a new location at the Exposition Building on the Illinois State Fairgrounds.
Now in its 27th year, the Illinois Product Expo showcases Illinois-made food and agricultural products, connecting consumers with businesses from across the state. Event organizers say the expo has outgrown its previous location in the Orr Building and is expanding to accommodate more than 100 vendors in 2026.
“We’re excited to move to a larger venue to accommodate a record number of Illinois companies at the 2026 Illinois Product Expo,” said Director Jerry Costello II of the Illinois Department of Agriculture. “With more than 100 vendors participating, the Expo offers consumers who are passionate about supporting local businesses a convenient, one-stop opportunity to shop Illinois products.”
Featured vendors include The Homestead Bakery, ReMARKable Caramels, Rolling Lawns Farm, Luka Popcorn, Siddity Pig Pork Snacks, Phoenix Bean, Turasky Meats, Engrained Brewing Company, and 17th Street BBQ. The Illinois Wine Experience will also feature 14 wineries from across the state offering samples and purchases.
Attendees can participate in the popular “$5 for 5” promotion, receiving $5 in Expo Cash after purchasing five products.
The Illinois Product Expo is sponsored by the Illinois Department of Agriculture, Illinois Farm Bureau, Hy-Vee, Illinois Wine, Harvest Market, National FFA Organization, Prairie Farms, and Turasky Meats.
The expo runs Saturday, March 7, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, March 8, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Admission is $5 per person. Children 10 and under, veterans, military personnel, teachers, and first responders receive free admission.
