April 7, 2026— The Decatur Rotary Club is hosting a “Beachfront Bliss Getaway for Two” raffle, giving participants the chance to win a four-night, all-inclusive stay at a 4+ star resort in Mexico or the Caribbean, plus a $750 travel voucher to help cover airfare and fees.
Tickets are available for $100 and include 20 entries, with proceeds supporting local organizations and initiatives throughout the Decatur community.
“This fundraiser is a great way for someone to enjoy an incredible vacation while making a real impact locally,” said David Lane, President of the Decatur Rotary Club.
In the past year, Decatur Rotary has supported a wide range of community efforts, including purchasing a book vending machine at Baum Elementary School and partnering with organizations such as the Decatur Area Arts Council, Scouting America, YMCA, Dawson Civic Leadership Institute, Children’s Museum of Illinois, and Baby Talk.
The drawing will be held on Monday, May 18 at 12:00 PM at Doherty’s Pub & Pins during the club’s regular luncheon. The event is open to the public, will be livestreamed, and participants do not need to be present to win.
