Macon County Clerk’s Office Sends Updated Voter ID Cards After Polling Location Changes

July 12, 2026 – The Macon County Clerk’s Office has begun mailing new voter identification cards to residents affected by changes to certain polling locations.

The updated voter ID cards include the voter’s new polling location. Officials are asking voters to review their cards before the election to confirm where they should vote.

Voters who do not have their voter ID card can verify their polling place through the Illinois State Board of Elections online polling place lookup tool.
