July 22, 2026 – Memorial Cancer Care in Decatur and SIU Dermatology are partnering to offer free skin cancer screenings for community members on Monday, August 24.
The screenings will be held from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at Memorial Cancer Care, located at 210 W. McKinley Avenue in Decatur. The screenings will be performed by the dermatology team from SIU Medicine.
The free event is available to residents of Macon, Sangamon, Shelby, Piatt, Christian, Moultrie, DeWitt and Logan counties.
Participants must preregister and complete a brief consent form before their appointment. Individuals who are currently under the care of a dermatologist are not eligible to participate.
