October 10, 2023 -During the 2023 Farm Progress Show, the FS System sponsored an activity to drive donations from the GROWMARK Foundation to the Illinois Association FFA and five local FFA chapters. Throughout the three days of the show, FFA chapter members and community supporters were invited to check in at the FS tent.
For every check-in cataloged, the Illinois Association FFA earned $1.00 up to $5,000, while the five chapters with the most check-ins earned $1,000 for their local programs. The donations will be made by the GROWMARK Foundation on behalf of the FS Cooperative System.
Local FFA chapters receiving a check include Maroa-Forsyth FFA and Central A&M FFA.
