November 1, 2023 – Northeast Community Fund is giving additional support to families in Decatur and Macon County for the coming Thanksgiving holiday.
Northeast Community Fund says it has extended and expanded its services during the Thanksgiving Holidays to support the neediest individuals in our community. Expanded services include their Thanksgiving Food Box distribution.
Between November 6th and November 21st on weekdays, families can pick up a box of Thanksgiving “fixings”. Check-in for those pick-ups is from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
For evening and weekend pick-ups, Thanksgiving food boxes will be available Wed November 8th, Wed November 15th from 4 pm to 6:30 pm and Saturday, November 18th from 10 am to 2:30 pm
Due to demand and staffing, the clothing room and other services will be closed from November 6th until November 21st to serve clients for Thanksgiving
