Rachel Brown is a Licensed Professional Counselor at Crossing Healthcare, a Federally Qualified Healthcare Center in Decatur Illinois. Rachel received a Master’s Degree in Counseling with a Concentration in Clinical Counseling in 2020 from Eastern Illinois University. With a total of 2 years in the field of behavioral health and substance use, Rachel has gained experience working with populations with extensive trauma histories who require mental health and substance use treatment. At Crossing Healthcare, Rachel’s role as a behavioral health counselor in Elements, is to provide behavioral health and substance use services to our patient population. Rachel is a valuable member of the Elements team when it comes to providing clinical therapy services, and group counseling through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Rogerian Therapy, and other trauma informed practices.
Charmaine Robertson-Stoner is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the Chief Behavioral Health Officer for Crossing Healthcare. With 11 years in the field of Social Work, Charmaine has significant experience assessing and educating on the complex bio-psycho-social factors related to patients with emotional and physical trauma histories, who require mental health support, substance use treatment, and a continuum of care.
