September 24, 2024 – The Illinois Department of Transportation is looking for input from Macon County residents on the proposed improvements along Main and Water Streets.
IDOT will hold a public listening forum on Wednesday, October 16th from 4pm to 7pm at the Main Street Church of the Living God at 2000 N Main Street in Decatur.
There will be no formal presentation, but rather a forum to discuss the proposed roadway improvements along Main & Water Streets, or Business Rt 51 from Eldorado St. to Pershing Rd. Attendees can come and go at anytime during the meeting hours to look at exhibits provided by IDOT, provide input, and speak with representatives.
