October 17, 2024 – The Community Investment Corporation of Decatur (“CICD”) has hired Taylor Rawley as its Housing Program Coordinator. Rawley is responsible for continuing to develop and deploy the Decatur Homebuyer Initiative in the City of Decatur. She will lead CICD’s Housing team, which will continue to focus on homebuyer education and housing counseling. This recently created position aims to assist individuals and families in achieving their goal of owning a home. This
position will build on work already performed by CICD in housing counseling, homebuyer education and workshops, and foreclosure mediation.
