March 31, 2025 – The Decatur Park District will host the 2025 Senior Olympic-Style Games from Monday, April 28th through Friday, May 2nd. Events will take place at multiple locations across Decatur. The games are open to adults ages 50 to 99. The entry fee is $10 per person per event.
Mini golf will take place from April 18th to April 27th between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on Sundays, Fridays, and Saturdays at Overlook Adventure Park. Table tennis is scheduled for April 28th from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Scovill Golf Course. Pickleball doubles will be held on April 29th from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Decatur Indoor Sports Center.
Rope skipping, track, and basketball free throw events will occur on April 30th from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Decatur Indoor Sports Center. Pickleball mixed is scheduled for May 1st from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the same location. Bowling singles will take place on May 2nd from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Sparetime Lanes. Golf will run daily from April 28th through May 2nd between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. at Red Tail Run Golf Course.
The closing ceremony will be held on Friday, May 2nd at 2:00 p.m. at the Scovill Park West Activity Center, located at 3099 West Main Street. The ceremony will include medal presentations.
