April 30, 2021 – Today was MRI Field Day at Meaningful Meadows on at the MRI Campus. It was held in order to raise awareness and also to celebrate the abilities of the people served by MRI.
The event was held field day style, with a full day of activities in their outdoor activity center. Events included: Cathy’s Corner Dedication, Charles Elam Memorial Dedication, lunch in the Main Pavillion, an ice cream sundae station, and a community kickball game.
Throughout the day, there were field games being played, such as relay races, mini-golf, bocce ball, and much more. At noon, some of the players for Millikin’s Women Basketball played a game with the attendees.
