The COVID-19 vaccine is available for eligible residents age 12+ in Illinois. The COVID-19 vaccine is free and is at no cost to you. You may be asked to provide your insurance information, however you will not be billed. All vaccine types and appointments are subject to vaccine and appointment availability.

WHAT: Moderna or Johnson & Johnson
HOW: Vaccine appointments may be scheduled online HERE or by calling 217-877-9117. COVID vaccine time slot appointments for first doses will open each week once crossing receives it’s doses for the week. COVID second dose appointments will be scheduled at first dose appointments. PLEASE NOTE: If you click to schedule a time for your preferred vaccine and it says “No times are available in the next month”, this does NOT mean there will not be appointments available. This message only reflects what Crossing has on hand at the time. Residents are encouraged to check back often at the beginning of the week. Testing and vaccination schedules may change due to inclement weather, community demand, or vaccine supply. Vaccine type depends on availability.

WHAT: Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson
HOW: Information on upcoming vaccine clinics will be posted HERE or on the Macon County Health Department Facebook Page. The Macon County Health Department holds both walk-in and appointment clinics depending on the day. Check the website for availability. WHERE: HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital
LOCATED AT: Various HSHS facilities
WHAT: Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson
HOW: You do not need to be an HSHS patient to receive a COVID-19 Vaccine. Register for MyChart or Log into MyChart. Once you have registered or logged in, click on the scheduling invitation. Select your appointment date and time and complete the e-check in process in MyChart. Finally, arrive at the vaccine location at your scheduled time. Appointments available according to vaccine availability.

WHAT: Pfizer and Johnson and Johnson
HOW: Visit the CVS Vaccine page HERE. Complete the brief screening questions, choose your state and enter your Zip code. Locations within your area will show appointment availability for either Pfizer or J&J. Schedule your appointment online and visit the designated pharmacy at your scheduled time.

WHAT: Pfizer and Johnson and Johnson
HOW: Visit the Walgreens Vaccine page HERE. Complete the brief screening questions, and enter your Zip code. Sign in to your Walgreens Account or register as a guest. Complete the online form to receive vaccine appointment times for your chosen vaccine type. Schedule your appointment online and visit the designated pharmacy at your scheduled time.

WHAT: Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson and Johnson (Most locally are currently offering Pfizer)
HOW: Visit the Kroger Vaccine page HERE. A virtual assistant will help you complete your screening questions before taking you to an appointment page. Enter your Zip code or location and choose your appointment date and times. You can also schedule your second appointment at the same time. Complete the patient information and schedule your appointment. Visit the designated local at your scheduled time.
