May 25, 2021 – Teresa Lewis, clinic radiology representative at the Forsyth Imaging Center, has been named the Decatur Memorial Hospital Colleague of the Month for April.
Lewis, of Decatur, joined Decatur Memorial Hospital in April 2002. She is known for her positive attitude and attention to detail when it comes to patient safety, hospital officials said.
“I enjoy being organized in my work so our patients can receive the best care possible,” Lewis said.
Lewis has been responsible for performing entrance screenings at the Forsyth Imaging Center, ensuring the safety of all patients, visitors, and colleagues.
Lewis enjoys reading, tending her flower garden, and spending time with her three grandchildren.
