Bras, panties, you name it. This underwear bandit from Japan had a collection upwards of 730 pieces in his apartment and he stole them from laundromats.
The 56-year-old perv was busted after a college student caught him taking 6 pairs of her stuff when he thought she wasn’t looking. Cops tracked the guy down a week later and he admitted to the crime.
