August 23, 2022 – In light of its 50th anniversary, Richland Community College has created the 50 Days of Wellness Challenge that participants can join from September 8 to October 28.
The challenge requires participants to choose one wellness activity, which is entirely up to the one doing it, and complete it for fifty days. Daily activities can include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Drink more water
- Walk 10,000 steps
- Yoga
- Meditation
- Track Food
- No elevators/only stairs
One can keep track of one’s progress with the 50 Ways of Wellness Coloring Sheet. For every day of completed activity, color in the corresponding number. By the end, one can be reminded of the accomplishment with a completed sheet. Make sure to share photos of the progress on social media by using the hashtag #50waysofwellness.
