March 28, 2023 – Richland Community College recently raised more than $80,000 for culinary students at their 15th Annual Culinary Scholarship Dinner, Return to the Big Apple.
On Saturday, Richland Culinary Arts students prepared some of their favorite New-York-style dishes for a sold-out crowd in the Shilling Community Education Center. The event was sponsored by Busey Bank, BLDD Architects, Refreshment Services Pepsi, Investment Planners Inc., Dunn Company, and GJ Builders Hardware.
All proceeds are going to Richland’s Culinary Institute.
