Candidates who filed are Ferlaxnes Carson, Jason Wayne Dion, Al Scheider, Krystal Johnson, Alana Giselle Banks, Kevin Collins-Brown, and Jayjuan Young.
The Macon County Consolidated Election will take place on April 6th.
December 22, 2020 – Seven candidates have filed for the Decatur Public School board. Missing from the ballot in April, however, are the four incumbents.
President Beth Nolan, Vice President Courtney Carson, Kendall Briscoe, and Beth Creighton did not file for re-election after finishing their first terms on the Decatur Public School Board.
