February 1, 2023 –Richland Community College is challenging the community to beef up their cooking skills in time for Valentine’s Day.
On February 10th, couples (or friends) can learn how to create a romantic meal by attending the Valentine’s Dinner for Two course from 6 – 8 p.m. The course includes preparing petite filets, twice-baked potatoes, grilled asparagus, and chocolate dipped strawberries. The course also includes a flute of Champagne. The cost is $55 per person.
The next day (Feb. 11) from noon to 3 p.m., the community can take the Cake Decorating Basics course, where you can become icing connoisseurs. Cost for the class is $60 per person
Additional non-credit classes for the community include improving your culinary knife skills, St. Patrick’s day favorites, upscale fair foods, and more.
