Kristian Bush is celebrating all things summer with the new album, Drink Happy Thoughts.
The seven-song EP, released Friday (July 14th) features “beach music” from the Sugarland founder.
He said in a statement, “(Beach music) is just fascinating. No matter who I talk to about this kind of stuff, it's the same feeling I got when telling people I have a band called Sugarland. They're like,' Oh my God, I love Sugarland. That's you?' When people confess that you're their guilty pleasure, it's such a beautiful feeling. How about we normalize it? Beach music is one of my favorite things.”
