May 9, 2024 – Millikin University celebrated the opening of the Campbell Family Nursing Simulation Lab with a ribbon cutting on Wednesday.
The Campbell Family Nursing Simulation Lab is a freshly renovated and newly opened learning space for Millikin Nursing students. The area includes four simulation rooms, two control rooms, two debriefing rooms and a health assessment lab. Nursing students are able to develop basic and advanced nursing skills in a safe environment prior to caring for patients in a hospital or community setting. Performance Learning comes to life with the use of advanced simulation technology, including state-of-the-art adult, pediatric, and infant simulators.
