In her multiple nominations, she was described as someone who consistently goes above and beyond to create a warm, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment where every child feels safe, valued, and excited to learn. Her kindness, patience, and creativity make a lasting impact, and it’s clear how much she genuinely cares about each student’s growth and happiness. The children truly look forward to coming to school every day because of the positive, nurturing atmosphere Julie provides. If anyone is truly deserving of this, it is her!
Julie’s phenomenal imagination, innate gifts for instructing early childhood students, moral integrity, and rigorous standards of excellence she sets for her classroom have made Little Dove’s Preschool a sought-after program. Both my son, a 2024 grad of Little Doves, and daughter, a current student, blossomed under Julie’s care. Through her, my children continue to foster a love of learning and excitement for the world around them. Julie guides the Little Doves Preschool classes through an incredibly detailed and robust curriculum, where she adheres to state standards and regulations. Her gentle, kind, and positive nature allows students to achieve at their highest potentials. Julie actively engages parents in the learning process, too, something that is seldom seen in today’s education system. Her methods create a loving and warm environment where children of all abilities and backgrounds find a safe space to grow both emotionally and academically. Her compassion and authentic concern for her students and their families extend well beyond the classroom walls.
She has the purest heart, cares for her ‘little doves’ as if they were her own, and has a true gift for teaching preschoolers. Mrs. Julie helps her students create the most thoughtful gifts for holidays to give to us, parents. Our most prized possessions are what our children have made during preschool. She also takes pictures throughout the year, and at the end of the school year, she puts together, for each family, a large scrapbook full of pictures! Mrs. Julie provides such a safe, loving, and creative space for our children to grow and learn! We all truly love her!
