Monday evening (April 20th) at the Roselawn Fitness Center, Three Kings of Peace member Frank McCullough made it official that he is running Mayor of Danville. Prior to the start of the program, McCullough explained to CIMG why, deep down inside, he desires to be Danville’s next mayor.

AUDIO: In my spirit; because I see where Danville is going, and where it has come from. And we want to make sure that we continue to thrive; economically, here in the City of Danville. So I’m running so that we can make a change, and hope things can get better for the residents here in the City of Danville.
McCullough stated that all priorities he mentions are very important.
AUDIO: They all coincide with each other, especially when you talk about jobs. It creates jobs, that means it helps out the crime disparity here in the city of Danville.
The current Danville mayor is Rickey Williams, Jr; with retired police officer Dennis Witsman having previously announced his candidacy. The Consolidated Election dates for 2027 are the main election on April 6th, with a primary if necessary on February 23rd.
