The Decatur Area Arts Council has announced the return of the Decatur Craft Beer Festival, bringing together regional breweries, live entertainment and local vendors for a daylong community event.
The festival, presented by Yuengling, will feature craft beer and spirits tastings, handmade arts and crafts, food trucks and live music. Organizers say the event is designed to highlight both the region’s craft beverage scene and local artists.
Activities will begin early with Cars and Coffee at 8 a.m., followed by a farmers market-style atmosphere starting at 10 a.m. Access to the brewery tasting tent requires a wristband, and all ticket holders must present valid identification.
General admission tickets are $40 and include a souvenir tasting glass, unlimited tastings and access to entertainment and food vendors. Non-alcoholic tickets are available for $10 for those who want to attend without participating in tastings. VIP tickets, priced at $80, include additional perks such as specialty beverages, catered food, and access to indoor amenities.
Proceeds from the festival support the arts council’s programs, including gallery exhibits, arts education and performing arts events in the community.
More information and tickets are available through the arts council.
