June 10, 2024 – The Macon County Conservation District is offering three van trips this summer to Conner Prairie, the Wheels O’ Time Museum, and the Indianapolis Zoo, providing opportunities to explore history, antique locomotives, and wildlife.
Each will depart from the Rock Springs Nature Center. These trips include transportation, with admission and lunch costs to be covered by participants.
The first trip is Tuesday, June 11 to Conner Prairie. This museum is in Fishers, Indiana. The trip runs from 7:30am to 7pm. Transportation fee is $30 per person. Register online by June 10.
The second trip will be Monday, July 8 to the Wheels O’ Time Museum. The museum has antique locomotives and vintage cars in Dunlap, Illinois. The trip runs from 10am to 6pm. Transportation fee is $25 per person. Register online by July 5.
The third and final trip will be Monday, August 12 to the Indianapolis Zoo. The trip runs from 8am to 6pm. Transportation and parking fee is $30 per person. Register online by August 9.
