February 8, 2026 – The Decatur Park District will host a hiring fair on Friday, February 20, from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Decatur Indoor Sports Center, located at 1295 West Wood Street.
The hiring fair will focus on filling part-time and seasonal positions across a variety of Park District programs and facilities. Positions are available in areas including baseball and softball programs, Camp-i-Can, the Devon Lakeshore Amphitheater, Decatur Indoor Sports Center, Red Tail Run and Hickory Point Golf Course, horticulture, MidState Soccer, Overlook Adventure Park, park maintenance, Rotary Park, Scovill Zoo, Splash Cove, and Summer Day Camp.
According to the Park District, job offers may be made on the spot during the event. Community members interested in seasonal or part-time employment are encouraged to attend.
