March 19, 2026– The Decatur Bears semi-professional football team will host a community fundraiser on Saturday, April 11, at the Decatur Conference Center & Hotel.
The event will run from 1 to 9 p.m. and is aimed at supporting the team’s upcoming season while introducing the organization to the community. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet players, coaches and the team mascot.
The fundraiser will include live music performances throughout the day, along with a DJ, food available for purchase, team merchandise, a silent auction, a 50/50 raffle and local vendors.
Organizers say the event is designed to be family-friendly and provide an opportunity for residents to connect with the team and support semi-professional football in the Decatur area.
