May 5, 2026 – A major rock show is headed to Decatur this summer, as Theory of a Deadman and Sevendust team up for “The Dead / Seven Tour,” making a stop at the Devon Lakeshore Amphitheater on August 19, 2026.
The concert is presented by Grandstand Concerts and Peachtree Entertainment and is not included in the Devon’s 2026 season ticket package.
Tickets go on sale to the public at 10 a.m. Friday, May 8, through the amphitheater’s website. Pricing is set at $69 for pit and reserved seating, $59 for terrace seating, and $39 for lawn admission, plus applicable fees.
Theory of a Deadman, known for their gritty sound and chart-topping hits, have built a reputation as one of rock’s most consistent forces. The Canadian band has produced multiple platinum and gold-certified singles, including “Hate My Life,” “Santa Monica,” and “Bad Girlfriend,” while landing numerous Top 10 hits on the Billboard Mainstream Rock chart.
Joining them is Sevendust, a band with more than three decades of success and a fiercely loyal fanbase known as the “7D Army.” The Atlanta-based group has sold nearly eight million albums worldwide and earned a Grammy nomination, while continuing to evolve with new music, including their latest release ONE.
Organizers say the show will bring high-energy performances and a mix of longtime favorites and new material, offering fans a chance to experience two powerhouse rock acts on one stage.
The August concert adds to an already busy summer lineup at the Devon, drawing fans from across central Illinois for another night of live music along the lakefront.
