November 19, 2021 – Rhonda Williams of Decatur, an entrance attendant at Decatur Memorial Hospital, is the nonprofit hospital’s Colleague of the Month for October.
Williams has worked at Decatur Memorial Hospital for a little more than one year and has already made a positive impact on the lives of co-workers, patients and visitors.
“I enjoy meeting new people,” said Williams. “It’s the most rewarding part of my job –knowing I might be making a difference in their lives.”
Outside of work, Williams enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, attending church, skating, and bowling.
