The Centro for Hispanic and Immigrant Community Opportunities (CHICO), a local advocacy organization that connects Hispanic and immigrant families to resources, cultural opportunities, and youth development, is excited to host their second annual Hispanic Heritage Cultural Celebration!
In partnership with the United Way of Decatur & Mid-Illinois, join CHICO on September 25th from noon to 4 PM at Fairview Park for a unique cultural experience.
