January 14, 2022 – The Macon County Conservation District is offering pre-packaged MiniCamp Nature Kits to enjoy in the comfort of your own home, as your schedule allows.
These pre-packaged kits contain activities, games and crafts exploring each camp theme. January’s Mini-Camp Nature Kit theme is Glowing Moon. Shine a light onto the secrets of the moon and the animals who venture out after dark.
These kits provide a great opportunity for little ones to learn about nature with their loved ones from the comfort of home. $6/kit. Must register online by January 27th HERE. Kits will need to be picked up from Rock Springs Nature Center during the timeframe specified in registration. Please allow three days to process your kit order. Each kit includes materials for one participant. They will call you when the kit is ready for pickup.
