St. Teresa names Matt Snyder future Assistant Principal/Athletic Director

May 3, 2022 – St. Teresa High School has appointed Matt Snyder to the position of Assistant Principal/Athletic Director for the 2022-23 school year. Snyder will officially take over the position on October 1, 2022.

Snyder is replacing Jennifer Brummer as the Assistant Principal, who recently took the job as Principal at Our Lady of Lourdes Elementary. Snyder will also replace Todd Vohland who recently resigned as Athletic Director.

Matt Snyder has served as the Superintendent of Schools for Macon-Piatt Counties since 2009 and he will be stepping down from his current position at the end of his term in October. He will be serving as Athletic Director on a volunteer basis. Dr. Ken Hendriksen will be serving as the Assistant Principal until September 30th to go along with his duties as the Executive Director of the St. Teresa Educational Foundation.

Larry Daly, St. Teresa’s Principal stated, “We are very excited to have Matt at St. Teresa High School; he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience into the program. He will certainly be an asset to the school.”
