Campbell is known for blending traditional country influences with contemporary sounds. A Georgia native, he grew up playing piano and singing in church before pursuing music full-time in Nashville. Early in his career, Campbell worked as a demo singer and performed regularly on Lower Broadway while also touring as a keyboardist for artists including Luke Bryan and Tracy Byrd.
He signed his first record deal in 2009 and found chart success with singles such as “Family Man” and “Outta My Head,” both of which reached the Top 15 on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart. His 2014 single “Keep Them Kisses Comin’” climbed into the Top 10 despite limited label support, followed by releases with Broken Bow Records’ Red Bow division.
One of Campbell’s most recognized songs, “Outskirts of Heaven,” received critical praise and led to national television appearances and performances at events including CMA Fest and the Grand Ole Opry, where he has appeared more than 50 times.
In recent years, Campbell has continued touring while working independently. His single “It’s About Time” marked his first independent release since leaving his former label.
