The University of Illinois Extension is offering a free webinar on the basics of home food preservation. The webinar will be hosted by Educator Caitlin Mellendorf and will cover the science behind food preservation and safe canning in the series Preserving Practice. Webinars are free but you must register at go.illinois.edu/dmp.
