April 21, 2022 – United Way of Decatur & Mid-Illinois (UWDMI) is hosting its second Food Truck Frenzy on Saturday, April 23, at Fairview Park from 11 a.m.- 2 p.m.
The public is encouraged to come enjoy the park, visit any/all food trucks, and have fun with other family-friendly activities like the Scovill Mobile Zoo, Heroes of Legend Cosplay, and more. A variety of food trucks from central Illinois will be spread out in parking lots around the main park pavilion.
All our food trucks will be open to the public where you can purchase from their menu. No tickets will be required to attend or for the food trucks. The following trucks will be in attendance:
– Allen’s Concessions Grub Truck
– Diggity Dawgs
– Kona Ice of Decatur
– Notorious P.I.G. BBQ
– Highway Heartburn
– Pig Out Concessions
– Truckin Good Food LLC
This event is presented by First Mid Bank & Trust and is a fundraiser for United Way of Decatur & Mid-Illinois. Food trucks have been notified they can stay in the park beyond 2:00 p.m. to continue selling food if they would like.
