April 28, 2022 – Yesterday, the Salvation Army reopened its food pantry. Along with the reopening, the Salvation Army has returned to the Client Choice approach. Families are now able to choose the food their family prefers based on taste preference & dietary needs which will help cut down on food being wasted if it was not used.
It will continue to be the Salvation Army’s goal that no family goes hungry in this community. The Client Choice now offers even more healthy and practical choices for families to choose as they “shop” for the food they need and want for their families
