June 3, 2022 – The Decatur Area Arts Council hosted its First Friday event for the opening of it biggest exhibit of the year. “CIRCUS Stories: Big Tops in Our Backyard,” is part of this summer’s International Arts Experience, running June 3 – July 26 in the Anne Lloyd Gallery at the Madden Arts Center.
