•Location: Richland Community College (1 College Park Decatur, IL 62521) Enter in the main doors near the flag poles and proceed to the Cafe area.
• Time: 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
• Clinic Type: Walk-in or schedule appointment
• Vaccination Type: Johnson and Johnson (one dose)
• Ages: 18 years and older
• Please bring photo ID or insurance card if possible.
Friday, June 4, 2021
• Location: Macon County Fair Grounds (4H Building)
• Time: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
• Clinic Type: Walk-in
• Vaccination Type: Johnson and Johnson (one dose)
• Ages: 18 years and older
• Please bring photo ID or insurance card if possible.
