Children's Museum Cancels Fairy Tale Ball

April 21st, 2020- The Children’s Museum of Illinois has canceled the Fairy Tale Ball event scheduled for May 15th and 16th.

The museum says guests who have already registered are able to apply the value of the registration for Museum Credit to be used toward future events and/or programming, donate the value of their registration to the Museum to assist in offsetting losses incurred during it’s closure, or obtain a refund.

Credit Terms & Conditions
Credit value will be inclusive of the face value of your registration  Credit is not redeemable for cash and is only redeemable (in whole or in part) towards the purchase of programs and services at CMofIL. Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Credit will require an additional method of payment for the balance due. Credit is non-transferable and can only be used for orders associated with your account.
 
Donation Terms & Conditions

Children’s Museum of Illinois is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization. The donation will be made to the Children’s Museum of Illinois Operational Fund in your honor.

Refund Terms & Condtions

If you elect to receive a refund, the Children’s Museum will refund the face value of your registration to your original method of payment.  Your refund should post to your account within 30 business days.
