Persons are eligible for booster doses if they received their primary dose/doses on or before: ➢ 8/25/2021 for Moderna recipients 18 years and older ➢ 8/25/2021 for Pfizer recipients 12 years and older ➢ 11/25/2021 for Johnson & Johnson recipients 18 years and older.
