• Location: Richland Community College, 1 College Park, Decatur
• Time: 9:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. • Vaccine Type: Pfizer and Moderna – 1 st, 2nd and booster doses
• Clinic Type: Appointment preferred; walk-ins accepted.
• Ages: This clinic is for those 12 years and older.
• Please bring insurance card if possible.

• MUST be able to return on March 2, 2022 for Pfizer second dose or March 9, 2022 for Moderna second dose.
Wednesday, February 9, 2022
• Location: Macon County Health Department, 1221 E Condit Street, Decatur, IL 62521
• Time: 8:30-11:30 a.m. and 1:00-3:30 p.m.
• Vaccine Type: Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson – 1 st, 2nd and booster doses
• Clinic Type: Appointment preferred; walk-ins accepted.
• Ages: This clinic is for those 5 years and older.
• Please bring insurance card if possible.
